An "Oracle" is defined as a person giving wise or authoritative decisions or opinions. Most of us think of the law as the rules and regulations used by the Courts. Some of us go so far as to remember the images from classic Roman movies where the ruler always states: "So it is written, so it shall be done." Then we have to account for the age old adage of believing half of what we hear and so on. So, where does that leave me. Earl Hickson Sr. is not a lawyer, but I will share what I have come to know as a pro se litigant seeking redress for the violation of my Civil and Constitutional Rights. At all times I will share with you the allegations I made in my civil actions and the laws I used as a basis for redress and I will further provide you with their source so that you can form your own opinions. My aim is to make injustice known so that others may stand up for their rights and eliminate the corruption, some of which may be revealed to you by my postings. Hopefully this blog will spawn comments and the sharing of the same from you, the casino patron community, so that combined we may eradicate any corrupt practices added to the already uneven odds we face within our chosen gaming endeavors.
