I Digress, Because there is a Criminal Side

By way of comment, this writer has learned that there is a criminal side to the "Acme Justice Corporation." Not really, I already knew but...finally another has come forward with documented proofs to his allegations that there is injustice within the Atlantic County Superior Courts as well.

My reply him  would not be "No (JSHIT),"  because  I have experienced the same.  After  review of the comment I reached out to the commentor, we tweeted, and exchanged emails.  The commentor suggested that I share his experience with the rest of you following this blog, so that injustice will be made known at all levels.  I explained to him that this is my personal blog and I can post my own documents, and I would need his permission to post any documents of his.  I further made it clear that I would only post documents that were actually filed within the court, as said filing makes them public records.

The commentor alleges that he filed a "Motion to Suppress Evidence" on June 1, 2011.  To this writer, said fact is verified by the documents filed with the court dated the same.  (See Document "Acme Justice Corporation Don't Want You to See page 1)   The document is stamped in the upper right corner as being filed June 1, 2011 at 1:54 PM.

I respond to the above with the maxim that: "Justice delayed is justice denied."  Having gone through what this commentor now faces, I know and understand what he is up against.  I had to stand before Judge James Isman while he told me that I would be facing 55 years in prison, and my public defender was telling me to shut up, as he was the attorney of record.  Since we were at the proceeding to determine if I would be granted pro se status,  I asked that judge Isman make that determination immediately.  Upon being granted the right to represent myself the public pretender threw up his hands and rested up against the rail separating the courtroom from the bench, as if to say I give up judge so you deal with this versatile darkie.

My question to the commentor would be where are your answers to the motion?   You have stated the "Rules of Court" governing the motion.  (SeeDocument "Acme Justice Corporation Don't Want You to See page 2)  I would hope that after you file the motion, you will get your answers pursuant to NJ Rule 3:5-7 (b).  I further pray that you are not railroaded by the "Public Pretenders Office."  If you have one of these guy's they will fight you tooth and nail to prevent you from filing this motion.  Also be prepared for a fight at the "Clerks Office."

I wish the commentor the best, and hope he keeps us posted on his progress.  I further invite others to join in making injustice know, and helping to shut down the "Acme Justice Corporations" production of  (JSHIT).  Remember if we can take out the "Stealth" in Judicial Stealthy Hubristic Injustice Tactics, it can be seen and injustice takes the hit.
